Vtg 1988 GI Joe PHANTOM X-19 STEALTH FIGHTER Ghost Rider Jet Plane Not

Up for sale is a vintage 1988 Hasbro GI Joe Phantom X-19 Stealth Fighter action figure plane. This rare and highly collectible item features Ghost Rider as the pilot and is in great shape for its age. The gray plastic material and 1:9 scale make it a must-have for any true GI Joe fan or action figure collector.

I don't know much about GI Joe toys.  I really don't know if this is complete or not.  I noticed the underside appears to be missing front landing gear?
