Vintage Kenner Star Wars Rotj 1984 The Emperor Action Figure

One vintage original Star Wars ROTJ 1984 Emperor Palpatine figure with NO COO. Figure has tight limbs, pretty good color, and his paint has some slight wear from play. He has decent face paint, it usually is always worn on this type of figure. He does have some slight paint wear on his hands, but otherwise he is in decent vintage played-with condition.
