Vintage Hasbro Gi Joe Arah 1990 Low Light Version 3 V3 Figure

This listing is for a really nice Vintage 1990 Hasbro Mint on Card Low Light version three (V3) Action Figure on 22 Back card. This item is essentially case fresh, new old stock. The card is in excellent condition showing no storage/shelf wear that is typical for its age. The surface is super clean with bright colors, no sticker residue or litho damage. The figure and accessory bubbles are clear with no cracks or dents. It is sealed firmly to the card on all sides. Figure has in tact O-ring appears to be in excellent condition.
