Used, but in good condition overall with some wear

- Neck joint is tight
- Right and left upper shoulder joints are tight
- Right lower shoulder joints are tight
- Right and left elbow joints are tight, no stress cracks
- Right and left arm swivel joints are tight
- Crotch piece is intact, no stress marks or cracks
- Right and left knee joints are tight
- New o-ring
- Paint is in good condition with little wear
- Cape, Electric prod, hose, and generator are original versions that were included with Dr Mindbender and they are in good condition
- Pistol is original style, but the version included with the 1987 Battle Gear Accessory Pack #5
- File card is in descent shape with some creases
- 1991 Hasbro trading cards are included and in good condition
