Vintage GI JOE ACTION FIGURE 12" - In Time Products - With Clothes And Boots.
I can not confirm that this is a genuine GI Joe. It is "In Time Products". I have seen several people list these as GI Joe and checking the all-knowing Google didn't give me a definitive answer.
With all that out of the way... The shirt and pants on the action figure are clean with no rips, stains or odors. The boots come on and off. The heel of the left boot is softer and more flexible than the right. I'm not sure if this is damage or just the way it is made.
