Vintage 1991 Hasbro Gi Joe Arah V3 Low Light Action Figure

Excellent condition figure. No cracked elbows although there are stress marks, the paint is pretty much flawless, there is no discoloration or wear, the joints are all tight, there are no breaks, the crotch is in tact, the o-ring is new or good and tight, the screws are shiny. complete with original vintage accessories and file card in nice condition, and dotted line on fc still visible, but there is a bent corner and some very minor veins.
