Very Rare Pokemon Rayquaza Figure

This is a very rare Pokemon big Rayquaza figure made by Tomy in 2004! Height is approximately 5.5”. There’s no battery compartment or any buttons, but there are two big screws on the back. There are some marks and possibly bits of dust here and there, and one of the horns appear to be permanently bent.
The only movable body parts are the head and two arms; Rayquaza’s entire lower body feels solid and heavy, and have no articulated parts whatsoever. This figure appears to be very similar to the standard Monster Collection Rayquaza, only much bigger and better!
