It is brand new and the bubble and card are in decent shape but not perfect, HOWEVER there is some clear tape on the card in places. Probably because the bubble was separating from the card. There is also a UPC sticker on the bottom. See the photos. This is priced to sell fast so it's listed at 20% or more below the cheapest comparable listing on Pricetronic at the time it was listed. I can never guarantee perfect boxes, cards, or packaging on the figures I sell so if you are an in-box or on-card collector and need perfect packaging PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS . Some figures I get have damaged boxes (with perfectly fine figures inside) so some boxes may have creases, dents, rips, sticker residue, etc.... Any major or notable damage will be mentioned above. If nothing is noted then the box is probably in fair (but not perfect) shape. NOTE: Since this is a new action figure, please see my MISB/MOSC disclaimer below!
