Up for sale is a Tomart’s Action Figure Digest #42 1997 Toy Biz X-Men NM             All of my Tomart magazines represent the remaining inventory from Tomart Publications backstock. Condition is NM with no noticeable defects.  A great looking copy. Check out my other listings for more great toys and collectibles as I will gladly combine shipping. Insurance is included in the Handling Charge. International buyers please read: I will not falsify the customs form by declaring a value other than the purchase price of this item or by declaring the item a gift.  I cannot insure the item for more than the amount declared on the customs form which means that if the item is lost or damaged and it is not insured, the refund comes out of my wallet.  That is a risk I am not willing to take, therefore the item must be fully insured.  What this means is that I cannot ship with a cheaper method because insurance is not an option for cheaper services such as USPS International First Class.
