Dale Arden from the short-lived Flash Gordon animated series in 1996, where Flash and all the others were rebooted as teenagers. It did not work. The show flopped.
There were very few female characters turned into action figures in the 1990s and surprisingly Dale got her own toy. A pretty rare feat for 1996.
