You receive everything in the photo. Shipping for this item alone within the United States will be $4.25. Shipping for this item outside of the United States will be $15. I will combine on shipping costs for multiple purchases made and I do ship worldwide. Please note that my international shipping charge is such due to the United States Postal Service increasing their own international shipping rates.
