• If a buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the item is returned, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• We follow U.S. and international laws and will not undervalue items or mark them as “gifts.” 

💳 Unintentional Purchases & Buyer’s Remorse

• We do not accept unintentional purchases or “buyer’s remorse” returns. 
• Buyers may request a cancellation within one (1) hour of completing checkout. 
• We have up to three (3) business days to approve or deny cancellation requests. 
• If a cancellation is denied, all sales are final, and the buyer is expected to complete payment. eBay will be notified if the transaction is not fulfilled. 
• If a cancellation is approved and payment has been made, a refund will be issued within ten (10) business days. 
• Any package intercept fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 
• Approved cancellations where payment has been received are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
