They are all brand new or like new based on just taking them out of the box to look at them quickly. All in excellent condition. The Obama figure is not by FCTRY but a different company. The items in the photos are the ones that will be sent to you. On a couple of them there are a little tear marks where opened in the back. It is nothing significant, see back photo shown.
