Most items are in very good condition, I did clean and sanitize the buildings. Some character could use cleaning. Some of the chairs have bent marks. The camper van has more parts not shown as I didn’t know they were art of it ( when top opens a little roof goes on it) not sure which furniture or accessories go with each play set. Some items have batteries installed and work fine. The others I didn’t even open the battery compartment ( like George’s fort) if you have any questions I’ll do my best to answer. This shipping is a large box and it weighs 15 pounds. If you purchase either of the two ship methods I’m allowed to include in the ad and I see ups or FedEx are less I will use one of them and automatically refund you the difference. 😌☺️
