This is the talking 1/4 scale 18" Hannibal Lecter figure from the Silence of the Lambs line.. Produced by NECA in 2007, the figure is mint in a very good factory  sealed box .Box has light edge and corner wear, window is slightly discolored. Since it is sealed we could NOT test is and see of it still works. We can NOT guarantee it working, sorry, Shipping is FREE in the US ONLY!
