MR. CLEAN Limited Edition #01351 Action Figure 12" New 2000 For sale is a 12" MR. CLEAN Action Figure/Doll #01351 in a series of 100,000 made.  "Mr. Clean for a clean you can trust!"  Made by Novelty Toys, Inc. in 2000 under a license from Procter & Gamble. Mr. Clean is new, never removed from his factory sealed box.  Overall he is in very good condition, there is some very minor shelf wear to the cardboard box, the plastic front cover has some minor scuffs and a few small dents on the side edges of the plastic.
