Marvel Select - Amazing Spider-man 2 - Spider-man Figure

This is a modern action figure, made by Hasbro as part of the larger Marvel Select series from Diamond Select Toys. This is a figure of Spider-Man based on the appearance from The Amazing Spider-Man 2. It's a genuine figure from the original run, just a little old stock that I recently uncovered in my storage.
The packaging appears to be in fairly good condition with a few small issues from initial manufacturing and storage. The nameplate sticker has a few air bubbles and it's hanging off slightly (pictures #3 and #4). There's a little scuffing on the plastic bubble (picture #5). The packaging is a little curled on the right side and there are a few small spots of scuffing and edge wear along with some little dents and creased on the spine on the left side (pictures #6-#19).
