Marvel Legends Nova Titus Baf Wave Kid Nova Action Figure

Figure is from my adult owned display only collection but has some weird damage on the plastic on the right bicep, it came like this out of the package and isn't seen on my other parts of the figure so I just chalked it up to a factory defect. The head is also slightly loose but still holds a pose. Please see all pictures, I do my best to accurately represent my items. I will combine shipping so please ask.
