There are no scratches or cuts that I can see to the figure if the extra pieces.
Yondu’s “mohawk” has a couple of tiny areas where paint is rubbed off. Very tiny, but being honest and letting you know.
His “mohawk” could be straighter, but I see a lot of these figures listed that have the same issue or worse than this one. But it feels like rubber so it can bend back to straight.
Joints all seem to move the way they should and he stands with no issues.
Again—trying to be honest.
