Used and cared for by adult collector for display only. Small (3mm) scuff on left front thigh of pant leg part (happened when switching out waist parts). Used black paint to cover. See pics. All other items are like new and near flawless. Comic book is brand new/unused. Comes with all original parts/accessories, comic, and box. FYI, I noticed the figure, when standing fully erect, is almost 9" tall which makes it closer to a 1:9 scale.
