This is a pair of Marvel Titan Heroes action figures! We have the Incredible Hulk and Spider-Man 2099!
The Hulk was produced in 2013. His left eyebrow has been rubbed off slightly. He also has a dent on the outside of his right wrist. There is some discoloration on various parts of his body, normal wear and tear from being an older toy.
The same can be said for Spider-Man 2099. He was produced in 2014. The back of his head has a small white spot on it and the back of his left leg has some black scuff marks. Upon writing this I was able to rub off most of the scuffing behind his leg but I will leave it in the picture and description because it is not 100% off, although it is close.
