It is the city of Old Detroit. The time: tomorrow! Mega-corporation Omni Consumer Products has been contracted by the city to rebuild the crumbling industrial landscape and to defend the citizenry. Their plan is self-serving; rather than rebuild, they’ll tear it all down and replace the Motor City with “Delta City”. And rather than empower the police, they’ll replace them…with a more controllable alternative.
OCP’s first option was the fully-automated and autonomous battle droid ED-209. Hiya Toys revisits its now sold-out ED-209 figure with a special battle-damaged variant. With an exploded cannon on one arm, and featuring scars from its top-floor battle with Robocop, this film-accurate 1:18 scale figure stands 5 ½” tall and is a perfect reproduction of one of the 80s coolest (and incompetent) villains. As with its predecessor, the Battle Damaged ED-209 also features a sound chip with movie-accurate sound effects and dialogue, while also featuring a new foot sculpt. Most products arriving are in Standard Grade condition, meaning they come from the case with only minor issues such as scrapes, rubbing, dings, dents, or creases. These don’t take away from the overall appearance of the packaging and are suitable for opening or for display in their package. Standard grade, however, may not meet the needs of the serious collector who wants near-mint to mint packaging.

We ship items ASAP. If the item is not a presale item, your order will be shipped within 4 business days of order submission (usually 1 or 2 business days though)

You cannot cancel your order once the label has been printed. No exceptions. This is due to high volume automations involved with shipping. If you want to cancel an order, you MUST do it through the system. Do not expect an order to be cancelled because you sent a message request to cancel.

If you attempt to "return" the item before it has been shipped or released for any reason, especially if you put "not as described" before the item is even shipped, you will be reported to Ebay for fraud. None of our items are marketed to be in pristine graded, gradable, or showroom condition. We try our best to deliver our products in this condition, but small or slight outward creases to manufacturers packaging, 1in or less exterior dented corner, minor exterior blemishes to manufacturers packaging, do not warrant refundable or forcibly returnable items in congruence with Ebay?s ?damaged item? or ?item not as described? policy. OUR ITEMS ARE SENT AS DESCRIBED. If an error is made on our end, we expect our buyers to contact us to allow proper restitution. Buyer promises not to leave negative feedback unless documented attempt to contact seller has been made and 4 business day time frame has elapsed. We will ALWAYS refund our sellers if an item is truly not as described.
