Figure comes as-is with normal wear. Joints are pretty tight and can hold nearly any pose. As well as a brand new o-ring. He is 100% Complete with exception of 1 flashlight on his backpack and is in great condition including paint. Ammo bag is only other minor flaw as it shows some wear on strap where it'd slightly lighter than should be. File card Complete amd Uncut but does have damage and tears to the actual file part and is slightly warped.
