This is a Hasbro GI JOE ARAH"Heavy Duty VS Cobra Claws" Figure 2 packthat is Unopened, MOC. This is dated 2001 on the bottom of the package and is in unused. The bubble has pushed in areas on the sides and bottom from the flexibility of the packaging. There are no cracks or rips but a few scuffs. The bubble is firmly attached to the card. There is some light edge wear on the edges of the card Still the card is still mostly straight and square but does have slight bending as seen on the photos. This is colorful with no fading that I can see and there is no odor or musty smell that I can detect. This comes from a smoke free home. Overall, this is a nice figure on display that would make a welcome addition to your Vintage Figure Collection!! This is SOLD AS-IS.
