If it works when you receive it, and then stops working, that is a warranty issue that I cannot handle, and more than likely, it will not be covered under a warranty anyway because it worked in the beginning, and then something caused it not to work. Some companies will honor a warranty on an item purchased on Pricetronic or other online venues, but some will not. I do not know about any of the brands that I sell, so you should contact them first. I do not have any retail receipts for the items that I sell because I buy at the wholesale level. If any Pricetronic seller tells you that the warranty is valid on the item they are selling, they are probably not being truthful just to get you to buy from them. RETURNS: PLEASE READ!
