Dc Superheroes The Penguin Action Figure

PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!!!..Nice 4" tall posable The Penguin action figure from the DC Superheroes line of toys & figures made by Toybiz in 1989. His umbrella fires missiles. He comes still sealed on his original blister packed card. Card/blister are in nice shape on the frontside with a small crack/gap on the "bump-out" portion of the bottom of the blister...Backside shows some light marks & a small corner bend. I have listed 16 different DC Superheroes and Batman series figures made by Toybiz. See my other listings. I always combine shipping on multiple purchases.
