We offer hassle free 30 day returns and will make the process as easy and painless as possible.So if you receive an item and decide you want to return it, simply contact our customer service department for return authorization.We will accept the original, unopened, unused item back with a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.Are you a collector? Did you communicate this to us prior to purchase? if not you will have to pay to ship the item back to us.
If a replacement is requested we will ship it once we have the original-unopened,unused item back.
