Custom Octo-Spidey 2004 Toybiz Marvel Legends Spiderman Sinister Six.
Item is still in excellent shape but the front right tentacle is coming loose and rotates a bit whereas the others do not. It's still holding in place and the figure can support its own weight with three or four of the tentacles.
This custom emulates the Octo-Spidey many may remember from the end of the old 90s animated spider man show as well as the look he briefly adopted in the comics starting in issue two of Spider-Man: funeral for an octopus.
One other thing to mention is that the wrist swivels appear to be locked. I've owned quite a few of this spidey figure and almost all of them have had the wrist and/or ankle swivels become locked up. You may need to heat them up to separate them as turning them will likely break the thin delicate peg inside the forearm.
