This is a brand-new / old-stock (unopened and still in original packaging), plastic “Brian McRae” action figure, manufactured by Kenner / Starting Lineup in 1991 (catalog #78427). Of note, although it has not been taken out of the box, the blister-pack itself is pretty beat-up and shows general wear… Brian McRae is a former center fielder who played for the Kansas City Royals, the Chicago Cubs, the New York Mets, the Colorado Rockies and Toronto Blue Jays from 1990 to 1999. McRae is the son of former major league All-Star, Hal McRae, and was a leadoff batter far more often (47%) than any other position in the lineup (second most was 22% batting second).
