Marvel Beast Kingdom Egg Attack Iron Man 3 MK II Magnetic Floating Ver. I tem is brand new but the box has been opened and the product has been tested to ensure it properly works. Due to prior experience with this product (with units that do not float), I felt it was better to make sure the product works beforehand which this item has been confirmed to be. Item was taken out of box only for the few minutes to test it and to have pictures taken. All packaging and wrapping are intact inside of the box. Batteries are not included! Quality of the box is shown in images. From prior experience, this product is one that takes some time to get a proper feel of making it balance and float. My advice is to hold the item with both hands (palms up) below the head and feet and lower it to the center of the base, starting a few inches high and slowly lowering it down. It could take multiple tries and if it sticks to the base I would recommend to restart and lower it again rather than to try and adjust it on the magnetic force that you will feel. I got it to work in under 5 minutes so have some patience and you'll get a feel for it eventually! Once the item is floating, it will stay afloat until the item is turned off.
