Returns: If you received an item that was defective, please send us a message. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and/or in the same condition as shown (Images) on Pricetronic when you purchased it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable and if unopened it must remain that way.**

All returns must be pre-approved by our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 48hrs with an instruction for sending back the item(s).

If the item is altered by the buyer in any way or the original labels have been removed a fee might be applied or the returned might be denied.

All return shipping fees are on the buyer and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

All returns or replacement items must be shipped back in their original shipping package/box or equivalent.

** Toys being sold as brand new or unopened are being sold as a collectible.  There is no way for us to test the toy therefore, items can only be returned in the manner in which they were sold. We do not accept returns on graded items.
