2005 Accoutrements Obsessive Compulsive Action Figure

2005 Accoutrements Obsessive Compulsive Action Figure (Item #11561), carded. This is unopened and in very good condition: slight shelf wear on edges, but no separation of any edges, card is almost flat, no marks, good seal on bubble, no dents in bubble (see pics).
