This item was acquired in a loose collection of figures a long time ago (2005 +/-) it also had with 3 or 4 other prototype figures along with many figures from mostly Kenner and Toybiz. There was no real documentation or information to go along with it due to the previous owner's passing. It is what you are looking at, Marvel Action Hour series Invisible Force Shield Invisible Woman. Blue , unpainted, appears to be a slightly lighter blue than the released version is molded from.
